Released by British Record company Sepia Records, this fantastic album includes a full radio program promoting the film, including the premiere public performances of several of the film's most memorable songs, the premiere digital release of the complete 1940 Decca Records cast album featuring several re-recorded songs from the film, including two Judy Garland songs (She was under contract with them at the time, and with the exception of a few Disney films, movie soundtrack albums featuring the actual music from the film didn't become commonplace until the mid-1940's. One of these songs was "The Jitterbug," which was deleted from the film before release.), several big-band recordings of the film's songs, music from the actual film, and a performance of "Over The Rainbow" by Judy recorded especially for playing for overseas troops during WWII. A perfect album to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the most beloved movie of all time. This is the Amazon MP3 download - I had a lower-bitrate version of the album that I got from here and was able to match all but one track, which I purchased. My personal info has been removed. The bitrate still isn't extra high, but considering the age of the recordings and the fact that it's a VBR bitrate, it was probably never going to be the full 256 KBPS Amazon offers.

If anyone has this CD and can rip a version in FLAC and maybe also provide scans of the artwork, that'd be very much appreciated.
