1063 4-bit adpcm audio files in total. Download them here: http://3sf.joshw.info/l/
You need Winamp or Foobar2000 with vgmstream plugin to play these genh files.
Thank so much to the original composers, 3ds audio files rippers, Dragon Unpacker (which allows me to rip all the individual stream files) developers, VGMToolBox (which allows me to add the generic header those stream files in order to make them playable) developers, soneek in HCS64 (who posted the instruction about how to add the generic header) & Nisto in HCS64 (who shared me a convenient tool that make the work much easier)

And I have made a bunch of playlists (for all 1063 tracks) & 2 renamers (just for the main tracks). Run them inside the same folder which contained the genh files.

And here is the FLAC Soundtrack with my editing:

Thank you for the post!

However, I've been having trouble with the sound rips.
I attempt to convert the WEM files to OGG. as I do that, I get an error saying:
"Parse error: Chunk truncated"

Try Foobar2000?

I did that.
It crashes/doesn't load in anything when I open the files into foobar

How do you use the vgmstream Component in FooBar2000?

Drop the .dll files you have downloaded to "...\Foobar2000\components"
