I been looking for ALL the soundtrack of the clone wars series.
And by "ALL" i mean, all songs from each episode.

In terms of official releases, no, this has never been done.

Are there specific pieces of music you're interested in?

No. That would be tons of hours of score and that will never happen.

So all we got is:
Star Wars: The Clone Wars (Seasons One Through Six/Original Soundtrack)
And
Additional music

Hypothetically, if the show has a 5.1 mix, one could extract the music if it were isolated in the front or the rear channels.

But this show has had six seasons. As Amanda said, assuming no music was reused aside from the main theme, we're talking hours - maybe even days - worth of music.

It's much more reasonable to request for certain pieces of music in certain sequences.

Alright... so.. the whole thing is impossible...

Like, fan extracted music from some episodes?
Or even a fan CD or something?

I think you've listed everything available in post 5.

If someone were to send me a 6-channel audio track of an episode, I might be able to do something with that and extract the music. MAYBE. It all depends on how it's mixed.

Why do people always forget about Lego Star Wars game based on the show?

Oh yeah! hack3rman did a rip (Thread 168617) of that a while ago.

Yes. add that to the tracks from Kiner's site, and the fyc promo and you still have only a fraction of a season's worth of score. What 20-ish odd 1/2 hour episodes for 6 seasons. Fig at least 15 min of score per episode....even a bad rip would never cover all of it. This is why you never get complete score for any tv series...
