I would have to say kefka is without a doubt, but i really enjoyd Sephiroth, he was also a very sick, mind game playing asshole who enjoyed playing with everyone's minds, thats why it would be tough to choose between them for me, and hell, thanks to sephy, we had huge weapons sicked on the world...thanks buddy...thanks alot!

"Kefka was the first volunteer for an experimental Magitek infusion, under supervision of a scientist named Cid. The process was flawed, and although Kefka gained the ability to use magic, it shattered his sanity.

The Empire, a worldwide influence of fear and control, led its attacks by General Leo, General Celes and General Kefka.

Kefka spends much of the game as a mid-level minion of Emperor Gestahl, the ruler of the corrupt kingdom which largely controls the civilized world. Kefka's maniacal zeal in carrying out the Emperor's dirty work pits him against the heroes of the game on a number of occasions.

Well i had to go with Kuja for 2 reasons. 1) i havent played FFVI and 2 he fuckin destroyed all of gaia(think i spelt it right) with 1 shot plus he talkes bullshit that i dont really understand lol.

kefka is a sick bastard indeed....not to much of a final boss tho..depending on how u fight him
