Hey. Does anyone have the Limited Edition of this single?

I'm having a hard time finding an official TV Size ver. of the song (they're all ripped from a file of the show itself) and apparently it's in this CD, but I can't find any places to download it. If anyone already has it or can direct me towards it I'd greatly appreciate it.
