This is my EAC rip without a log file.
Just the front cover unfortunately, if someone has the complete scans I would be very happy to get a copy.
The album is contained in a single FLAC file, to play double click on the "Shostakovich - Symphony No.5, Festival Overture.cue" file after editing the filename to end with ".flac." instead of ".wav".
To split the album into individual tracks you can use Cue tools avalable here:

To convert to MP3 or many other formats you can use Free Audio Converter available here:

and add the needed plugins for whatever format you need, it can play just about anything in superb quality. It will also convert from one format to another.
