Topic one: Does she or doest she trully belong with Cloud?

Good idea, I don't know if there is already one. I know theres one of her death and one of her and Cloud as a couple, but not like this.

I think Aeris has a great personality. Shes unselfish, kind hearted, and cheerful. She's like a bright spot in a dark sistuation. Always there to push on the group, and she's very supportive. What I don't unerstand, is how anyone could dislike her. I mean, what did she ever do that was so negative?

I don't. Of course it's my opinion. But as for my opinin as her as a character, I didn't really like her. :3

Her death was sad, but it ha to happen... As much as I love Aeris, she had to die. I just wish there was a way to bring her back!

Cloud and Aeris belonged together, for sure. They both deserved it.

But Cloud doesn't deserve to die. :(

I think her death is really sad. As I played FFVII for the first time, I really started to like Aeris, and I grew very attached to her. When Sephiroth killed her, I couldn't believe it. She was dead... When Sephiroth killed her, I stopped playing FFVII for a year, I was probably so shocked that I couldn't play. During that year, I have read a lot about FFVII in magazines. Everyone kept talikng about how strong Sephiroth was. Since I didn't play FFVII at that time, my only source of info about FFVII were magazines, in which I have read that Sephiroth is almost impossible to kill. I decided to play the game again, and this time, I swore revenge. I wanted to kill Sephiroth when he was the most powerful, when he thinks that he cannot be defeated - at level 99. All my characters were lv 99, and had maxed stats, max HP and MP, ALL materias mastered, they had their ultimate weapons and Limits, nothing could stop me. I then killed Sephiroth in a single round, and as I saw Aeris for the last time, I almost cried. I was very happy to see her again, even if she's not alive. I like her a lot and I'm a big Aeris fan, but her death was neccessary to save the planet.

Well, she is indeed unselfish. That is why she moves on, as we can tell by the AC trailers. She forgives Cloud, and tells him that it isn't her fault that she died. Nothing romantic goes on. Clotiness ensues.

Aeris did love Cloud. She always asked Cait Sith how compatible they were, the answer being perfect, amd they looked out for each other.Aeris and Cloud both had feelings for each other.

Yes, in the beginning Cloud reminded her of Zack, but because of the similarities (soldier thing etc). But not, because her heart was stuck with Zack and she wanted him back so badly. She did not. And yes, she said it wasn't serious. Later on in the game she tells Cloud that he is not like Zack.
That's the reason why she really loved Cloud! ;)

Oh lord.....She wants ZACK.
