This is for the true/faithful "Film Version" of No Time For Caution, with all correct transitions, organ and vocals. It is completely separate from the other versions I made, I didn't modify any audio that I didn't HAVE to. I started over from scratch when I started working on this one. Visit my other thread if you want the final version of the "Endurance Edit".

This marks the end of the No Time For Caution edits, thanks for all of the feedback.

Credits to Lockdown for doing what nobody else could by securing the FYC CD source and sharing it, and to Helix for his wonderful cover art.

Very good work ! now you must recreate all missing cues (good quality versions of the FYC version tracks) ^_^

There was a "pop" or "click" artifact in the track near the beginning if you downloaded it earlier, the links have been updated just now with that fixed.

@darth2602 I am currently in the process of releasing cleaner versions of "Quantifiable Connection", the film version of "Landing In Tesseract" and some other cues.

No, line up a rip of the film version with the FYC version in a program and you will notice a lot of changes.
Most notably the tempo is faster near the beginning, and as usual the organ is much higher in the mix.

This is something totally new, and separate -- check my profile for the old thread, those versions are numbered and the thread will have the latest one.

This is essentially a super-clean film edit without any unsolicited creative changes or modifications so it's literally as close as possible to what they should have released in the first place.

NEW LINKS ADDED. Download it again, sorry guys, should be the last time. <3
After repeated listening I came across some other things that I needed to fix/improve.
I.E. I fixed volume issues with the vocals, note length improvements, and parts where the strings sounded louder than the organ have been corrected.

There's about two seconds of audio ripped from the movie at 2:36, and it was necessary so I could implement the transition.
Even then, the SFX volume is almost inaudible in that transition and honestly I don't know how you noticed it.

Could you point me to a list of things that the film version has that the Complete Score version didn't? (So I can plan out the project and make sure everything is done)

In general, it's just mixed very differently. Heavily chopped and edited. I know this doesn't help, but idk how else to describe the difference. I can show you the waveforms of each if that helps. I would also say to watch that specific scene in the film, when Batman makes his first appearance on the Batpod.

On top is 3m20 Batman Chased (complete score), on bottom is Risen from Darkness (OST Bonus Track)

I don't have access to it at this very moment, but I made a film version of the score a couple years back using the sessions that leaked. I remember I posted the film version of the score and which cues to use on a thread in these forums, too.

Anyways, if I remember right, either the film mix was on that set; or somebody on here gave the film mix of that cue to me, which I in-turn added to my set to make it the complete film version of the score. Somebody also provided a film mix insert for Rooftop Fight/To Batcave as well that made it truly complete.

Exactly. Batman Chased & Batmobile chase (BB) are the biggest mess by the editors/mixers. Yeah, It's a NOLAN movie! The OST & CS versions are the same to me, they still missing many elements/percussion from BB, and the alternate ending ''Back Up''.

Here's a clean rip for the real film mix. https://mega.co.nz/#!Xpx0FLJA!wLTQWBTFvC0aDjROftQcVHq1gHJsW7058ATodzh _ibw

One more thing! Have we got the film mix for Batmobile Chase till this day? There's an unreleased part in the film mix, that I'm dying to listen to.

What a birthday present, can finally replace the album version with this, thank you! Only gripe is that it sounds more recording sessions than mastered OST if you know what I mean (whike listening outside the OST though it sounds brilliant)...nonetheless glad to see this epic undertaking complete :)

Batmobile Chase would be easy as hell to replicate but I still don't have a clear reason for the demand for a new edit of Batman Chased. I'll need to listen to those three versions back to back for a while so I can pick out the exact differences and missing stems.

Feb 17th - Replaced NTFC base source with NEW FYC physical CD source from Ebay (the For Your Consideration CD mailed out to the Acadamy/Oscar voters) which didn't include the loud "high strings" stem until the end, and it's almost inaudible, and has a louder organ mix, bringing it way closer to the film version. The organ is no longer fighting for a position in the mix, meaning the organ isn't being drowned out, and everything is MUCH clearer. I know I said the last version was the last one, but this was a major breakthrough and I thought you would appreciate this.

Note: the FYC web rip source of NTFC and the FYC CD version of NTFC are different! The CD source is the one without the intrusive strings.
