For looks it has to be Tifa, although when fighting Aeris is brilliant with magic ( although utterly pathetic if she ever runs out of MP)

Yuffie is my favorite female character. She's pretty strong in battle, and has a hilarious, but still a great personality. And she's pretty cute too. If only she were to remove that armor-shield thingy on her arm!!
