I've been looking everywhere for this CD, but it seems there is a lot of confusion regarding this. This CD came out in 2014 and has the following tracklist

There was another album released in 2012 called Rebirth II - Sen - ROMANCING SaGa Battle arrange. That is not the album I am looking for

I know, the Sa Ga (the little spot between Sa and Ga is separation mark, people usually use hyphen (-) for it, which is techically wrong), which makes the name tricky to search, but I was sure I shared it. :D And so I did. The link still works too. And yes, it's the 2014 one.
