Never heard of this game before. I saw the disc today on sale at the record store so I picked it up. Composed by Tsuyoshi Sekito, mostly enjoyable straight-forward rock/orchestral stuff. Didn't include tracks 34-42 since those are just short 40-second clips of battle themes from previous games you can find elsewhere.

It's not bad. Not great, either, admittedly, and at least on the first few listen-throughs nothing's really stood out for me, but not awful either.

Have you tried re-downloading the file, the file extracted fine for me.

Since the original link is now a dud and the Sonix link doesn't work anymore, I looked around and found this. http://eimusics.com/download-final-fantasy-explorers-original-soundtrack/ Turn off adblock and download the whole thing. The song tracks are entirely in japanese, but a simple few minutes of copy-paste from the website will get you where you need to be.
