Hello videogame music freaks! :-)

I'm planning to start a small website that streams videogame music and some other stuff,
like a big list of consoles and games for them that you can click and then just listen to the soundtracks from that game.
No big plans for it or something.. just a small project that maybe will start something. :-)

But I have a few issues I'm encountering;

First and foremost: The storage.
I have like 30gigs on my dropbox account but I don't know how much bandwidth dropbox gives to free users.
Also 30gb will be enough for quite some time but what if I'd want to expand..?
I'm willing to pay a small amount of money for hosting services but I'm still not sure what filehosting to use.
It should have hotlinking so I can directly make playlists with mp3 files.

and secondly: the content management.
I'm looking for some script or a way to make the uploading of the music easy.
Like, just upload the music to a cloud folder and then directly assign the XHTML playlist to it or something like that.

I already made a concept of what kind of thing it should be: Rageplay's VGM (http://www.rageplay.org)
So there you have: a simple list on the left where you can choose your game.
The music player in the middle (which shouldn't have to much rings and bells, just a simple mp3 player).
and on the left a small chatbox for communication and requests from visitors.
Only a sample song from Kubbi is on there sincs it's just a concept.

~So to wrap it up~
A vgm stream website wherefor I need:
-A good file host with support for streaming (hotlinking) mp3 files.
-Some kind of content management system for playlists or a way to make uploading easy.

There's stuff like this out there and I know that so I don't expect to get big or anything,
maybe It'll turn out to make a small community :-)

20 GB per day of bandwidth usage is the limit. Along with 100,000 downloads per day, if the link doesn't generate that much space.
Dropbox is great for those who do small things, in my opinion.
Mega upload's bandwidth usage is 1 TB per month.
And then, google drive's is 1250 MB a day.

That's all I can tell you, I'm not sure about your other questions.

20GB per day should be plenty!
I guess dropbox is a solid choice for this until I run out of storage :-)

I changed my toughts.
All of my youtube videos will be embedded there now so no need for big cloud storage.
But next to it, I will open up a html5 playlist (compatible with phones) la vip.swf.
So basicly, a simple playlist with vgm favourites + youtube videos of full soundtracks embedded.
Next to each title I'll put the download link :-)
