Just do what I always did when I was faced with sure doom:

Summon in an Aeon, and let them take the blow.

Yep, summon an Aeon and you'll be fine. Usually you'll get more EXP-points for using an Aeon, anyway. So, why not summon one then. :)

If you're strong enough than using the strongest attacks you've got might just get him, though you probably won't get an overkill (at least I think you can overkill Sin...). The best thing to do is kick his ass with all you've got and just before he uses his overdrive summon the strongest aeon you have. Bahamut's overdrive should finish him off quite nicely. That's what I did and it worked for me =).

That's unblockable. Not even an Aeon will take it. It's an instant Game Over. You need to kill Sin before he can perform the overdrive.

Um, when you use an aeon sin kills that too in my game it did and i get game over after he uses overdrive but...

I killed Sin with Anima and Magus Sisters.

If you don't have Anima or the Magus Sisters, get them. They can easily defeat all the final bosses.

The final bosses are extremely easy. I think you may be heavily underpowered. Have you tried using all your Aeon Overdrives?

yes and no becuase except for bahamut and anima i can do just as much damage with holy

yuna becomes worthless after the aeons are all dead and she has no more MP
Tidus gets blown to pieces literally and auron get petrified and thats how i lose each time! And how he heals himself is about # 1 on my list of the fifty thousand things about FFX that pissed me off the most! Oh Im so mad!!!!

You've used ALL your aeons and ALL of your mp? How? Even if you're not strong your aeons should finish him off. All of their overdrives one after another should really take their toll on him. As for petrification... you can use softs to heal that you don't need to use esuna all the time. How much hp have your characters got? As long as they all have well over 2000hp they should be fine as long as you use shell, protect, haste and any other helpful magic or abilities. And there are items you can use to double your mp or hp. And you shouldn't run out of mp if you use ethers.

It was a suggestion since TrekkiesUnite118 seemed to have difficulty, and still does.

Almost every boss can be defeated without the use of the sphere grid as long as you have the right tactic. If you're having this much difficulty, I'd suggest using some of Rikku's Mixes. Trio Of 9999 is also another easy way out, especially when linked with Tidus' Blitz Ace, Wakka's Attack Reels and Lulu's Fury,

well you see with the aeons BFA kills them before they can get there over drives and im too lazy to ge the mangus sisters since im only renting it and it goes back tommorow and he killed anyone petrified before i could heal him but im in a better mood today so ill try again.

dont tell me THAT!...i just beat unalesca with no magus sisters/anima and everyone 2000hp yuna 1999 lol well ya the bosses where ez using all my aeons overdrives until NOW they have only get 50k damage all together 9999 each except bahamut or w/e hess called he gets 15k each so ya i dont want to i REALLY Dont because ist gonna be hard as heck to get the magus sisters and anima -_- but i guess ill try meh

Its true though...they aren't really hard to get. If you find a good guide to getting them its pretty easy, as long as you have collected ALL the destruction spheres in ALL the temples, you can get Anima & the Magus Sisters. If you haven't got ALL the spheres, well...you really don't stand much of a chance in the final bosses.
