Kurokami Medaka is the perfect student. She has outstanding grades, limitless athletic ability, and an enormous sum of wealth at her disposal. On top of that, she's just been elected to the office of Student Council President at Hakoniwa Academy, taking 98% of the votes. At her inauguration speech, Medaka offers to remedy any issue submitted to her suggestion box. In order to help her accomplish that task, she drags in her childhood friend, the reluctant Hitoyoshi Zenkichi. Regardless of the Student Council's staff shortages, Medaka enthusiastically tackles each and every request in the Medaka Box, from freeing the kendo hall of delinquency to composing love letters, with both the Student Council and its members growing after each challenge.
