The title pretty much says it all.

This rip sounds great! I made a cover based on the iTunes covers for the other soundtracks. If there's anything you'd like me to change, just let me know!

Woah! Holy cow, this is better than I expected!
Thank you so much, the only thing I'd really like is a .png version of your image, I could just do it myself though. I am in LOVE how you made it look official.

Now I have to get to work, soundtrack will be up in a few days. hopefully no more than that!

Gotta get workin' now!

I don't know what to say, I was impressed before but now you've just gone and made it better than I wanted it.

I would scream like a little girl but instead I'll just thank you once more.

I am seriously grateful, I will be sure to return the favor soon enough!

You're welcome again! And don't worry, take as long as you need. I have classes taking up a lot of my time, so I'll be occupied while I wait. :)

Wow! Guess what? This game has beta tracks, you heard me right! I found a Littleroot track in there and a couple from Leafgreen and Firered!

I am going to be one busy bee!

Both Emerald and Platinum have a bunch of unused and beta music. I have two tracks from Platinum, one being a version of the Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald title theme with updated instruments and a beta version of the Distortion World music. I actually like the beta Distortion World better than the final version!

I'm curious, when you're done with Emerald, are you planning on doing any of the other games? They all have some unreleased music, and I'm sure there's other stuff hidden in the games' code, too.

EDIT: If I remember correctly, "Caves of Mt. Moon" from FireRed/LeafGreen was used in the Altering Cave in Emerald. The Sevii Islands Theme was also used on Navel Rock and Faraway Island. :)

Yeah, I want to do ALL of Black [2] White [2]

Some songs are slightly higher than their CD counterparts.

Here is Opelucid, tell me if you hear a difference. It might just be me....

It's like 500 something songs so it might take a long while.

It'll be worth it to have it in 24-bit FLAC though.

After listening to both your version and the CD/iTunes version of Opelucid City at the same time, I do notice that there are some points that are different, especially for one note at around 36 seconds in. I listened to one in one ear and one in the other, and it sounded really bad hearing them at the same time!! But there are differences, I can tell. (This also helped me realize that both versions of the theme I have were incorrectly labeled as the gym music. Oops!)

I also never realized just how much music there was in Black/White an Black/White 2. Sounds like you've got quite the project ahead of you! The soundtracks themselves only have a total of 297 tracks, and I know there's unreleased music, I just never knew how much there was because I didn't really play those games very much.

My guess is that there are different track variations which is a pain the ass, but if I do an average 50 songs a day I SHOULD be finished in less than two weeks, right now I'm pretty busy though which is irritating me, I really want to complete it. I'll just have to wait some more. it's not gonna go anywhere. school work will...

I know how you feel, being caught up with schoolwork and all... there are so many things I'd like to do right now, but with finals coming up, I don't really have any time at all to do anything other than school work. A couple months ago, I started ripping all of the unreleased music from all the Pokemon movies, removing as many sound effects an voices as I could. I think it came out pretty well, but it could be better, and I wanted to go back and work on it some more, but I'm too busy now.

At least with a video game, you don't have to remove sound effects, but there's so much more music to identify and organize... I wish there was some way I could help, but I'm just no good at that kind of thing. :(

Don't worry! I got that part covered, that's where the crappy sappy comes in, thank you for caring though!

I want to learn to how remove SFX but I'm unsure how to even begin, I wish HarmoKnight had different channels but it's just two....

It takes some time to get used to, but once you figure out how to do it, it's not that hard. I found blu-ray copies of the movie online with 5.1 surround (two front and two back surround, and two mono tracks). The mono tracks are all the dialogue, and the surround channels are the music. A lot of the time, sounds are only in one pair but not the other, so you can edit that part out. But occasionally, they're in both, so there's no way to get rid of it completely. I find that it's a lot easier to get more clean music from animated movies than live-action movies.

Oh, and I started making cover art for Black/White and Black 2/White 2. I got a good idea, and I just had to jump on it!

Oh my god, If I started doing that with Paranorman that would great, it sounds less difficult how you explained it.

It has one unused track that just sounds beautiful!

Oh gosh, you didn't have to do that JUST yet. Oh man, I feel happy.

Credit will be given to you of course!

How about this? It's simplistic and easy, I just played around with the colors on a picture of fire, really.

Well, the bad is news is that I don't need the cover anymore because two other people already uploaded the soundtrack.

The GOOD news is that I have time for Pokemon Emerald now, hurrah!
