I did not change any track names or punctuation for Windows machines, if they ship the CD's this way they should work on your machine...otherwise I'm sorry I'm not gonna fix it.

Aaaaand, yea. Roughly half, if not more, of the tracks will not play. They extract fine but will not import into media player and thus will not play. Anyone have a set I can have that WILL work with Windows?? :sad:

Discs 3 and 4 give invalid name format errors when I extract them :(

I had to dl the flac and then convert. Then reboot, reconvert and turn it off. Curse, pout and reboot, then reconvert and now I guess it's ok.

I urge anyone who can afford it to buy these CDs. Sales are the only way to ensure that a 4th (and possibly final) volume of the original Batman: The Animated Series score is released.
Next month, I'll buy volume 3. I already own the 1st 2 volumes which are still in the original wrap. I use the generous shares from posters like KevinG to enjoy all the music in loseless while the actual CD collection sits beautifully on a shelf next to the DVD collection of the episodes, still also in the original wrap. Haha.

Any advice for how to extract track 39 of disc 2? It looks like the file name is too long/invalid/something...

No. Shorten the name? It all extracted for me, but still refuses to import to media player. I am having to go back and rename all the tracks. There are odd symbols and such in the names that need removing before the pc relaxes and unbunches. I have only done half. Renaming the file and then the player tracks is working. Just....boring.

Awesome Share although I am having issue as well. Disc 2 - Track 39, Disc 3 - Tracks 27 & 30 don't even show up in the archive at all. Tried both flac and mp3. Anybody have working versions of these three files?

Just fyi: I'm using VLC Media Player on Windows Vista and, so far, even long-name/funny-symbols tracks are playing fine (in flac) ... so far!

And I'm using 7-Zip to extract and, so far, no problems.

try unzipping the files in root C:
Because the files naming are too big, your computer might be just having fun being an asshole. Since WinXp most OS have that problem when you have folders inside folders inside folders, and the bigger the folder's name, the bigger the limit of you to have files with a certain amount of letters.

How do I do this on a mac? I don't think that's the problem, I'm able to open the first file with no problem, it's 2-4 that appears corrupted. If someone could just re-up them from a different source I'd appreciate it.

I had problems with the built in windows utility. I used 7zip and it worked fine.

Yes. Having the same problem, could never get the files downloaded. Don't think it's us, there's something wrong with the files. If someone could please re-up them from a different source it would really be appreciated.
