I've seen expanded/complete versions of Hans Zimmer's scores for Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron (Thread 164922) and The Simpsons Movie (Thread 180842).

I also recently saw a post on this forum (http://forums.ffshrine.org/f92/film-score-hunt-thread-v2-78573/659.html#post2333553) from someone who appears convinced that there's more music floating around out there from Muppet Treasure Island. S/he references a tracklist on Wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Muppet_Treasure_Island&oldid=627993943#Soundtrack) as well.

I haven't been able to find anything on this anywhere. I'm ready to chock this one up to "urban legend".

If you can find it, buy the DVD release for this movie. Also, look for a program called DVD audio extractor (you will either have to buy it or pirate it).

The audio in this DVD is one of the easiest to work with that I've ever come across: there's barely any sound effects in the rear channels of the 5.1 surround sound. This means that you can listen to quite a lot of the music without any sound effects at all. The track list you reference could just be someone's made up list based on the music heard in the film not included on the official soundtrack, meaning it isn't necessarily based on a real complete score.

I do not upload things these days--let alone post anything--but I thought I'd give you a track from my edit, which I used the DVD audio for to fill in the missing music. Tell me if the link below doesn't work and I'll try a different site. I keep seeing this request thread, and for some reason I thought I saw a special request for a specific track the first time I saw this post. So I uploaded what I thought was the requested track.
