This is more of an "old time radio" request than a film or television request, though this piece of music was used in both of those mediums (media?) as well.

I'm looking for a particular music track that has appeared in both the Capitol "Q" and MUTEL production music libraries. In the Capitol "Q" library (and possibly the "Hi-Q" library), the track is titled "Theme No. 1 - Dramatic - Long" and may be part of their D series. In the MUTEL library, the track title is "Love Theme No. 1". I believe the composer is Joseph Mullendore.

This track was used for the theme song for an old radio drama called "Yours Truly, Johnny Dollar", about an insurance investigator with an "action packed expense account". It was also used as the main title theme for the "Dick Tracy" television series in 1950 and has appeared in two of Doris Day's films: "My Dream Is Yours" (in which it is also the melody of the Doris Day song of the same name) and "Midnight Lace". I have couple of collections of Capitol "Q"/MUTEL music - most notably the "Adventures of Superman" t.v. soundtracks and the "Ren & Stimpy" production music collection - but this piece of music is in none of these.

Any help would be appreciated. My OTR club is during a re-creation of the Johnny Dollar program for an event and I would like to provide them with a clean copy of the theme, as the one from the show itself has an announcer talking over some of it and the "Dick Tracy" version is a bit short. Since their are people on this forum that are familiar with these music libraries, I figured this is the place to ask. If you need a sample of the music, here is one of the Dick Tracy episodes from YouTube, with the theme playing six seconds into the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bDa_MBLGBFg.

Thank you!
