Kingdom picks up a year after the 1st season left off. Since the demise of Wang Qi, the State of Qin has thus formed a temporary alliance with Zhao. Although, other states (Wei,Chu,Han) now threaten Qins' border security; which occurs due to the perception of Qins' overall power waning since the passing of the man known as the Demon Bird of Qin, most accomplished of all the 6 Great Generals of the prior period, Wang Qi. Though fighting intensifies, the final legacy of Wang Qi(Xin and his 300-man Feixin unit), train mercilessly to rack up achievements over a series of skirmishes with armies of all 3 neighbouring states. Viewers of season 2 will see Xin and his special unit meet new allies, as well as new rivals. New bonds formed, and broken. Xin will face unprecedented challenges, and rise to meet them on every occasion. Will the unification of China prove too daunting a task for Qin? No one knows?
