Does anyone here think ff7 is the easiest Final Fantasy.I'm at Nilbel heim for the 2nd time (When everyone says the village wasn't burnt down) And it took me 5 days plus I haven't even died once

There are easier FF's, but FF7 marks the beginning of the decline in the FF series. And what a rapid decline it was.

Saying you are there in five days is irrelevant to your point. It would be much more accurate if you told us how many hours that took.

Also, I agree with what Rabid Monkey said. IMO, VI was the pinnacle, then VII came out and started the decline in the Final Fantasy series. But I also believe that FFX brought the series back onto it's feet some.

I do agree with RM. There are easier FF's.

FFVII is an easy game, but not the easiest of FF's. FFIX and FFVI would be the easiests for me.

Well, I think FF-VII is one of the easiest FF games to me. But it wasn't that easy when I first played it. Now, it is pretty easy, because I know everything, know where do do what.... ;)

I'm sure some others are easier, but I don't know right now. :(

Well, to get through something so quickly, gnenerally means you've missed alot. If this is your first time through and you speed along it then you'll miss alot of things in the game.

Brand new battle system to get used to. I was not used to the continuous movement of time. I was more used to Dragon Warrior IV type which you can pause and think. Less chances of that in this.

Huge varieties of materia also boggled me at the start.

Now, that I've played it for some time, it's piss.

Edit: Just to add, FF7 is one game where I don't need to loiter around to level up before moving onto the next stage in the story. That is an indication of the easiness of the enemies. With the right weapons/materia, no need to bother killing time to level up.

I thinks its easy for me because I'm on lv. 30 and I've got the rune blade for cloud and red XIII's attack is 60

I suppose ff7 is your opinion of easy but have you forgotten the weapons roaming around unless you skip them.

That's why they say, "Haste makes Waste".

But the Weapons aren't required for you to finish the game. If they were, then you could say that FFVII is a little harder than it actually is.

Weapons are hard at the beginning but once you get the knowhow, they are ridiculously easy.

You're right. Those are just optional. Knights of Round isn't either, but just make's the game easier.

Actually, I wouldn't say it makes the game easier just because chocobo breeding takes so long. Imagine if you spent all that time leveling up. Could you possibly even need KotR then?

Who knows? The chocobo breeding is very long. It may be worth it, it may not be.

I have. I think it's worth it if you have the obsession of getting everything and if you want to beat Emerald Weapon and Ruby just for the challenge ;).

When i first played final fantasy 7 i thought it was hard it took me months to beat it but there r still more easier ff games like FFx2 and FFIX.
