For example, the last track is supposed to be "Flint is alive, end titles, your Zowie face", but the music is where Flint was using his watch to hypotise Mr. Cramden. All of the tracks are the wrong name, "Your Zowie face" is in Spanish, and there are many dropouts in the music and some of them drag in parts, almost like someone has their thumb on the record. But since this is a digital source, how can that be. Does the music drag in the movie? Tis a mystery.

FN are based on NTSC_FILM fps: 24000/1001 (or 24/1.001) = 23.976; eg. 5min in NTSC_FILM = 7192 frames)
Well, "based on NTSC_FILM" because I'm seeing the movie(s) available only in 23.976 fps. I've not come across a 24fps blu-ray.
I imagine PAL_DVD would be 25pfs (or 50fps interlaced).

If you got the Twilight Blu-rays it's the scene where Flint is at some kinda beach bar. There's a band. They're playing this song in spanish not in english.

Yes, that would have been accurate.
Found the scene, the movie scene is in Spanish while the end credits is in English.

No one came up with times for the parts of the music that seem to drag, though.

Well, to be honest, "Your Zowie Face" in Spanish is an added bonus to the soundtrack. Too bad there are no copies of that song in French, and Italian and Russian, stuff like that would be great for the bonus tracks of the soundtrack.

I think that's overthinking it.

It's an isolated score.
What you hear in the movie is how the director wanted it to be heard.

What you hear on retail albums, of any format, is a completely different interpretation.
You shouldn't be thinking because there's a Spanish version (as intended for the final film edit), that they should do different versions in different languages.
The only way they would do that is if the director commissioned foreign artists to perform in different languages for different country releases.
For the audio dubs.
But, even if they did do that, I doubt it would end up in the isolated score track; just the main audio track.

If Schindler's List had an isolated score, why can't we have English versions of the German songs?

The idea behind the Spanish version is that it's "source music".
The characters in the movie hear it. And the scene that they're affected by the music is a Spanish-speaking place (we're lead to believe, but I don't know the Virgin Islands so well to vouch for that. Wikipedia doesn't say much except Peurto Rico got their own islands; and limited knowledge that would place the film as accurate or not).

If the director did commission artists to do foreign language versions of the songs, there would, most likely, have been a album single out of the various languages.
Or, at least, international versions of the album available to some degree.

It's not a bonus when the director intended it to be that way.
Making custom soundtracks, you can call it a bonus track. But expecting anything more like a dozen international tracks doesn't make sense.

If Flint went to Russia or Italy instead of the Virgin Islands, it would be more logical to have commissioned artists to do the song in their native language.
