-45 (Akito Yoshikawa) Collection

Changelog:
2014.08.13: Added -circles > θ complex 2 and θcomplex3 -eYecandy vs. θcomplex-
2014.08.12: Thread started

A short insight:
-45 is primarily a Doujin artist, heading his circle D'va;;;;;;;;5. I discovered him through his contributions to the "Umineko no naku koro ni" visual novel series, and he provides some very beat heavy techno tracks that really stood out to me. So I went searching for some of his other works, which are a little sparse outside of the few major albums his circle has put out. That being said, he does appear as a composer/arranger on a few other albums, both doujin works and commercial (Chaos Code). So I thought I'd share what I've found and at the same time hope to see if anyone out there has anything else they know that he has worked on.

About these albums, how I packed them, and formatting:

- NOT A SINGLE RIP HERE IS MY OWN (unless you count a soundcloud rip)
- Everything is hosted on MEGA.
- I decided putting passwords on stuff is kinda dumb, so I figured I'd just use a link forwarder rather than actually put a lock on the files themselves.
- I included the best scans I could find, which in some cases are very low res cover art only, sorry about that. I did however whip out custom art for the soundcloud rip collection down in the 'misc' section
- There are credits folders in the packages themselves, the folder's name is the user and site of origin I found the files on. Inside of that folder you will find a simple URL link to the exact page I found it (should you be curious feel free to poke around, but I just keep those for my own records of where I've tread previously)
- And...

Fear not fellow Tag-Happy-Puritans!
I consider myself pretty OCD when it comes to musical organization and these tags are what I consider plenty informative, while minimizing clutter and/or an overflowing set of tags on each track. With that said, I hope you find something you like in this little collaboration:

2005.12.30 candybug [C69] (http://www5.pf-x.net/~malie/)
#doujin touhou
320MP3 + 384x371 Cover Art

I guess you can't really avoid sharing doujins that feature Touhou music.

"Amrita"
#doujin various / original work
lossless + full scans

Okay, this is something to look at right here. Got several Umineko tracks on this one, as well as a few Touhou ones, a beatmania song, and many, many original pieces. Check it out!

#doujin original work
160MP3 + 384x382 Cover Art

Again, I'm sorry about the terrible quality. Its totally listenable, but I swear I took good swing at trying to find this one somewhere. Nada. =(

2013.08.12 AAAAAA [C84] (http://www5.pf-x.net/~malie/)
#doujin VVVVVV
192MP3 + 449x449 Cover Art

This one was a surprise for me. Despite being the newest release from D'va I can't seem to find it in even moderately better quality. I guess that's not too strange when we're talking about extremely niche soundtracks. Don't let the 192kps scare you, there are some GREAT tracks on here, my current favorite is probably Track04 Angelique.

Official Soundtracks

2012.01.25 [KDSD-00525] CHAOS CODE Original Soundtrack (http://vgmdb.net/album/30185)
320MP3 + 720x720 Cover Art

There's a more electric array of music in this one. This albums also features setzer and kya (no longer a member) from the circle MintJam, which has been around for like 10+ years now... dang.

The Rest

2009.08.15 [THCOMP-0001] Θ complex [C76] (http://vgmdb.net/album/14960)
#doujin original work
320MP3 + 400x400 Cover Art

-45 doesn't actually appear on this album, it's just the only other Θ complex album that isn't posted above, so I figured I'd throw it in. More trancy stuff.

2012.00.00 yoshikawa45 Demo Collection 2010-2012 [Soundcloud] (https://soundcloud.com/yoshikawa45)
128MP3 + Custom Cover Art
(I included the .psd as well)

These are tracks ripped from -45's Soundcloud, where he goes by the username "yoshikawa45". Seemingly a majority of these tracks are little experiments and demos of sounds you'll hear in more fully envisioned tracks among his official releases. Still some interesting stuff. The album art is something I threw together, it's got a lot less impact in comparison to the other albums designs. Lots of muted colors and very uniform text... but I guess it's find for a Soundcloud rip compilation.

There's quite a bit more stuff hosted on the D'va;;;;;;;;5 homepage (D'va;;;;;;;;5 (http://www5.pf-x.net/~malie/)) however most of it's low bitrate stuff. Still worth a listen. There's at least one more album I'm going to put up. But these things take a ton of time as my upload speed is terrible, and when I've got other people using the net too it's even worse than terrible. So we'll see what happens, cheers.

P.S. This thread's set up was kind of an experiment. I think that these large album art samples are probably not the best idea if it's more than 1 or 2 albums. I threw everything in spoiler tags to help reduce clutter. =)

One of the most great arrangers from Japan. His Gothic-style is very nice and attractive, I always think he could be taken for a CastleVania OST or maybe to make a homage to those games.

Thanks for sharing so this way more people will know this artist :)
