You're right Lefance.
The first one, is the new upcoming release known as 'Granzort Complete Box' with all CDs finally re-released (and remastered) including Kohei Tanaka's fantastic BGM score (http://www.cdjapan.co.jp/product/COCX-39021). I easily understand you have to get this gem (and you'll share it here in lossless ;) ).

The second one is the complete Blu-ray released last month. Unfortunately, it's incredibly expensive like all Japanese Blu-ray releases. :(

Yea, JPN BD releases are costly. Once upon a time I bought a (bootleg) DVD box of Granzort and loved it although the subs were goddess-awful and I didn't know Japanese a squat then. I even have the Sugoi! Action Figure of Granzort :D By the way, it's the only figure I have ever bought. Granzort has a special place in my heart, and it's not completely out-of-the-question I will pinch pennies and get that BD box... Oh, and Granzort Ongaku-shuu was the first OST I ever bought... o' the memories.

Granzort is a typical 90's anime with all flavors I like from this period. It's the same with Kohei Tanaka's dynamic neo-orchestral musical compositions.

Minus the greasy "ecchi" most 90s series have :D
