A bit of compression was applied to even out the more obvious differences and except a couple of tiny imperfections creeping in occasionally (one on the original source used and a bit of overcompression on another cue) the whole project was deeply researched and nicely edited.

Thumbs up to our man (or woman) of mystery... and to our saviour poster of course! ;)

Exactly. This music was not used in the original version (1982) of the movie. So Vangelis used it in his music for Antarctica (1983). It only re-appeared in Blade Runner for the unicorn sequence with the release of the Director's Cut in 1992.

I was just thinking of doing so later tonight actually! I suspect JacKc and WillDekkard will be getting a remastered version of it... I just need to figure out the missing spinner bit... and to finish off the paint on all the friggin' windows downstairs first... :(
