Out of all the series what is your favorite? ((I'm doing a little project by the way if you're wondering))

P.s:I'm not including 11 because i meant the single-player ones)

Well you have to include FFXI as well, even if it is online. And you also forgot to add FFIII in the poll.

As for my favorite, I am always torn between FFIV and FFX.

FFIV because it was the first game that impressed me greatly, and still does to this day. I can't get enough of the whole love connection between the three main characters of Cecil, Kain, and Rosa.

FFX because of the gripping and emotional storyline and relatioship between Tidus and Yuna.

These aren't all the reasons why I think these two are my favorites, but it's what I came up with, without going into long detail.

Lol, final fantasy 7 is my favourite, its got 100% of the votes atm :D

FFVII will and always be my favorite FF of course! I'm too loyal it being my first one and it being the most like anime.

Personally, I believe Final Fantasy X is the best of the Final Fantasy series, and Japanese RPGs in general. It has a superb battle system, a beautiful story, wonderful artwork and graphics, and believable characters - a masterpiece of a game.

Final Fantasy XI comes a close second - the sheer scale of Vana'diel wows me, and the sheer beauty of that land is amazing as well.

Gah.

FFVI, FFX and FFXI.

FFVI. Still the greatest. The closest a FF game has come to being a work of art, it just amazes on so many levels, from the deep, dark plot to the endearing characters, brilliant music and riveting gameplay that just didn't seem possible in an RPG, let alone a SNES. I'll love this game forever...

Well if you want to exclude the multiplayer Final Fantasies... you'd might want to get rid of...

FF4 I think had a Multiplayer option... 5 had it... 6 had it.. 9 had it...

Then again, I don't think it matters because everyone and their mom is going to say 7 anyways.

One question, where's Tactics!?

Since my favorite isn't up there I'll just say that I like FFX the least.

It was FF VIII for me. BUt the first one I played was FF VI

I can't chose between FF7 and FF8. So they are both my favorite.

I like FF10 cuz it's great storyline, in depth characters and it's just an game that appeals to me.

My favs are in the order of 7, 10, 8 and 6.

Mine's FF8. The story is fantastic and I fell in love with Squall and Rinoa. Most of my favorite GFs are there too.

FF9's in a close second.

FFVII. It started me up and remains to this day my favorite.
I also liked FFVIII and would love to play FFXI.

Once i played Final Fantasy X i was hooked on all the final fantasy's so my vote goes to FFX of course

dude, where's Tactics, i only put FF9 because i didn't see Tactics up on the poll! Tactics was the best hands down, awright!!!

my pick is Final Fantasy X because like that person said up there, the emotion, I fell in love with the story as a few other aspects, but I haven't played them all but as of now Final Fantasy X is my favorate overall game even beyond the final fantasy series

My favorite was 8 and 7 was really close behind but i loved 8 it was the first final fantasy i ever played and i loved it the characters were well developed the techniques you could use in battle were amazing the music was breathtaking and the plot and storyline was beautiful and came to a perfect close in the end tying up all the lose ends and all. 7 i just loved the characters and the story but 10 i didnt really like the characters didnt seem to have the emotional depth they had in 7 and 8 and the story was kinda stupid but thats just my opinion. anyways 8 was the best with 7 close behind.

My favorite was VII. It was the FF that made me a fan. Second would have to be X, then IX, then I. FFVII had a brilliant bunch of characters, addictive gameplay, and the best boss battle theme song of all time- One Winged Angel.

God this frustrating I can't choose between ff7 or ff8.

Final Fantasy 8 has to be my favorite. Its opening movie is what really drawn me into the game unlike the others which didn't have so great opening movies. The story was decent in my opinion but, it had a great cast of characters. The amount of gfs in this game was good also and some of them looked really cool like Cerebrus and Cactuar. FF8 also had a great main character who had the coolest weapon, the gunblade.
