I made note of the differences between the two in my thread here:

Long story short:

The score cues are in some cases edited to be shorter and some even suffer occasional distortion on this OST, and there are additional vocals in the cue "Radio's Day" which are not on the complete score version (which is better anyway because it is distortion free)
