Ok the rules are simple, im going to ask a question, and the next person has to answer that question correctly.
Then that person asks another question, and the process goes on.

Ok i'll ask the first question.

Who's the oldest character (out of the 7 playable characters)?

I took that interpretation as that he is actually 40summing, however, his mental age is only 16 (compared with humans).

he lived 48 years or something and that's around 16 of human age. that's cuz red13 can live few hundred years. actually in FF7 ending after 500 years red13 was still alive.

Umm WRONG! RedXIII is in fact OLDER than Barret. RedXIII is 48 years old not 15 or 16. When his grandpa says that he means that because of RedXIII's long life-span his current age of 48 is equivalent of being 16 0r 15 if he were human. Red XIII is NOT a dog and they do NOT measure his age in dof years. Get your facts right!

Red13 is 48 gregorian years old. However, his mental age is around the same as a 16 year old human. Difference in species = difference in speed of mental development.

Next Question eh?

On one flashback scene at a Midgar Train station, Cloud says
"It's been 5 years."

Tifa says "It's actually been 7 years"

Why is there this discrepancy?

Okay, techically Red XIII was still born before Barret. Barret has more age in him, but Red XIII has been on the planet longer than Barret.

Well anyway, next question;

Q. What are all of Tifa's limit skills and her ultimate weapon?

Her ultimate weapon is Premium Heart :D

How older is Vincent or Cid?

Anyway, I think taht R13 is the better answer...

For the discrepancy of the 2 years, I don't know: maybe Cloud has removed 2 years in the, SOLDIER, before the incident of Nibleheim (5 years ago).

Uh, I just went to the website. It says that his mental intellect surpasses that of any human. His age comparison of 16 human years means that for however many years our bodies age, his ages that much slower. It's a way of saying that he's gonna live a very long time, and become unfathomably intellegent. Think of it as dog-years in reverse. Mm'kay?

Quiz Question:
Where did Aerith get the holy materia, and what does she know about it at the beginning of the game?

As for the answer to the last question, Cloud thought it was five years because his memories have been slightly meshed with Zack's memories, due to being held in the materia tubes in the ShinRa mansion basement. He is trying to create a new identity for himself (aside from the fact that he really isn't sure) and live a life somewhere between his and Zack's. In doing this, he ended up confusing where he can live with the fiction and where he must stay with the truth. Because he was so disoriented from the materia and his travels, he couldn't tell which was which.

Hmm, actually, the answer I thought of was:

Cloud left Nibelheim for Midgar to try to join SOLDIER 7 years ago but only made it up to an ordinary Shinra troop.

He came back to Nibelheim 5 years ago and saw Tifa, as his guide. However, he did not reveal himself to her, because he felt ashamed he didn't make SOILDIER. Therefore, Tifa did not see Cloud 5 years ago. (Meaning the last time she saw Cloud was 7 years ago.)

Therefore, in Cloud's memory, it's 5 years but for Tifa, it was 7.

Holy Materia:

She got it from her mum and at the start, she thought it was simply good for nothing because it didn't do anything!
