I believe there's a scheduled cron task that runs every hour and promotes those with five or more posts.

Obviously, some people just can't be bothered to look around for the answers to their questions... but will look around for stuff to leech and not contribute to this forum in general.

I Can See Why The Mods Get Annoyed With These Qs The Amount Of People Who Ask For Links That Have Not Posted More Than Once. When You Say You Need to Post More To Unlock They Think Your Mad. Just Don't Get It. It Mental! Just As Bad As After 1 Post And Downloading 1 Album... Please Delete The Account Another Silly Q!
