It was never suggested anywhere in Kingdom Hearts that Yuffie and Squall (Leon) were romantically involved - I think they just stuck together because of their mutual circumstances. When you first meet Squall, he says that his world was destroyed by the Heartless - i'm guessing in the Kingdom Hearts continuity, Yuffie's world was too.

They stuck together for the same reason Sora, Goofy and Donald stay together - they have a common goal. Besides, Square Enix are usually quite good at creating romantic tension, and there was none between Squall and Yuffie.

The Cloud searching for Aeris thing was a nice touch - I cheered out loud when they were reunited at the end :)

That's something I'd like to believe :).

If they put Tifa in the second one, then they probably won't put Cloud with her :(. Oh well, if they do, I'd still be happy Tifa would be in it at all.

I played Kingdom Hearts for Kairi, Sora and Riku I guess.

I thought I would never play it because I don't like Cloud and Aerith as a couple and I love Cloud and Tifa because they grew up together. I still love Aerith though ;).

So who here has seen the newest trailer --- TGS 2004?

I absolutely love how Sora looks in his Mulan outfit. In fact, all of the Mulan stuff looks great. I've never seen that movie before. I think I'll have a lot of brushing up on Disney movies to do before KH2 comes out. This new trailer gives some glimpses at the new combat action --- Sora looks really great with duel keyblades. There's also some cool new Auron stuff in this one. I read that you can put him in your party, which should totally rock.

Yuna's gonna be in it? I dont think i've seen her in any of the movies yet.....

Gavin - Yuna being in Kingdom Hearts II is currently an unproven rumor. In fact, the only FF character I can think of right now proven to be in the game (and playable for that matter) is Auron.

Kingdom Hearts was a disappointment for me. I hope they fix the camera and tweak the battles a little bit cause them maybe I'll play it.

I read that they've totally reworked the camera so it doesn't have all the annoying problems. And the battle system is being completely redone --- it's going to have awesome things like "merge" and "trance" meter and many other neat things.

Right analogue stick is being used for camera instead of the shoulder buttons. Apparently a lot of people prefer this, but there are times when i'm playing games like GTA: San Andreas, and it's a pain in the ass to use the right analogue.
