This came to mind, so here goes:

The gentle winds blew quietly across the trees, an overcast sky casting a shadow across the land. Ironic that it reflected the emotions of the boy who knelt amongst the brush of the plain. In his hands a letter from the girl he loved, the only person to ever open his eyes to the joy of life. As the boy finally began to open his heart and be as he truly wanted to be, his emotions twisted and turned until his very perspective of the world shattered into a million pieces. After feeling the glory of happiness, it only seemed fitting that so shall he feel the sorrow of betrayal.

The words of the letter engraved into his heart, as he watched it burn as to be absorbed by nature itself. The very memory becoming one with eternity. Tears slowly falling from his face, he watched as the ashes were carried away in the wind. He was so close to finally achieving his goal, only to be left in uncharted territory without any sign of a way back. The only choice now being to move forward, the road back does not exist. The only way to live is here and now, he walked away leaving a piece of his heart behind, a piece that can never be recovered.

Perhaps one is truly blinded by love, for one truly in love never looks to an uncertain future. The occurrence of the uncertain being the very light that awakens the very blindness caused by love. The boy comes to realize that this very sadness in fact brings harmony, as he looks not to see how this happend, but in fact why this happend. We were not created as simple beings to feel but one emotion, but rather complicated beings who feel all emotions. The only way the boy could feel so sad is if there were something so great to make it happen.

However unlikely it may see, we must accept the very fact that sooner or later our very emotions will change, even against our own will. When we learn to accept that, so shall we be able to control them. Life is not about the endless cycles of emotions, whether they be anger, sorrow, joy, or pain. Life is meant for one for purpose, to simply live. To feel the many emotions of life is the meaning to truly live. So must we strive to find our joy, life shall see to the rest.
