Synopsis
Shuurei Kou and Eigetsu To, co-governors of the Sa Province, are determined to revitalize the region by making it a research capital. The road isn't easy, though - opposition still remains and playing politics as the first female governor can be tricky. To add to the hardships, a mysterious illness in Sa Province gives a shady cult an opportunity to gain power by preying on the people's fears. Eigetsu and Shuurei are undaunted in their goals, but with the prejudices of the times and Eigetsu's past coming back to haunt him, can the young governors overcome the odds? Source: Anime-Planet
