So I know these have been released before, but I felt it was time to do it with care and attention to detail. Starting with this first game, I have gone through and arranged the tracks chronologically, scanned in the PS1 cover art and photo-shopped it to look nice, named each track, and added in tag data. I'll be doing each game in the series in a row, and it will take some time as I have to play through each game in order to arrange the tracks in the proper chronological order.

Here's the first game complete:

1996 - Tomb Raider - CST.zip (90.65 MB) (https://drive.google.com/open?id=14jB14UCumgvAp-eK9ircUqThCQaMsHIH)

I'm off to start working on part II now. Cheers!

Thanks. I have the Tomb Raider osts, but without proper tagging and naming. I'm glad that you took the time to do it. Looking forward to number 2 and the rest.

Hi.
How did you ripped the tracks? Was it line recording like your previous Doom PSX rip?

Brilliant, all tagged up is exactly what I was after. I had the other versions which was just the music but never got round to trying to tag them. Thank you for taking the time to do it :-)

These are the actual redbook audio tracks taken directly from the PS1 disc itself.

Thanks all for the likes! I'm almost finished with part II, but of course having to play through the game to arrange the tracks chronologically takes a lot of time. I'll post a new thread release for part II when done. Cheers!

Yea thanks a bunch man! for some reason most Tomb Raider fan released albums aren't tagged or named.. A total mess, I really wish with the big success Tomb Raider had recently they would be awesome enough to release a Box Set with all games or something.

Thanks so much for this HQ OST and of course the OST from the second one as well! I love the TR OST's.

good stuff! I increased the volume of the .wav's (many are super-quiet) before ripping to V0 mp3's. Also customized the tracklisting/titles based on my previous 192k rip, and made a custom cover:

Download if you like: Zippyshare (35mb) (http://www5.zippyshare.com/v/KjJI6kYI/file.html)

never existed an official soundtrack release of this jewel. Anyways i have collected themes with lossless sources to create a 'custom' one the most complete that is posible. I will check where i have it...

Nice work, although you have some track redundancies:

The first part of "06 Where the Depths Unfold" is duplicated as a separate track called "12 The Lost Valley".
You did the same thing again on track "13 The T-Rex" where the first part of it is duplicated as a single track "18 The Showdown".
Lastly, track 22 is a duplicate of the 2nd half of track 23.

On my soundtrack, there is no duplicated music, because I took the tracks from the disc itself.

yes yes, but there are other sources, not only the game disc. I got some tracks from other sources. See the info.txt file into my pack.

I understand, but the point still remains you've got duplicated tracks. There's no actual 'new' material in those extra tracks.

if i added them, it's because they are different in some detail. Other than that, some tracks have parts of others, that's common in souondtracks.

Nope, they are duplicate segments, I reviewed them using Goldwave. The wave forms are identical.
