I've sent my PM and "request-in thread" as well to our dear fried LumpyTheMoose in 03.30.2014 (!) and a remembering PM afterwards, but I have neither any answer or promise nor the links of this magnificent release yet.

No, the link is good to download both, CD1 and CD2. Try again. (You should get a 355 MB rar file, which contains CD1, CD2 and the scans. Maybe it's a mega issue, and you had a partial download only?)
