It saves in your Username/Downloads folder by default.
Alternatively if you don't have the Username folder on your desktop (Username being your Windows user name), just go to C:\Users\Your username\Downloads
Sorry but I'm simply not going to bother with other hosts, all of them so far either have dumb as hell limitations that are cancer upon the free internet or delete files.

Some Russian hosts are decent. But as far as English ones are concerned I can't believe anyone still uses anything but mega. As for downloading, just use jdownloader. Never had an issue with it so far.

They only released the soundtrack digitally and only offer it in MP3. At least it's 320.

they could work like bandcamp....
though I still find stupid these directors cut things. What's so difficult to make a 2 cd set?
It's not enjoyably to have a cd releases, in which the bonus tracks are only digital. And even if you get the Digital, it's the same as the cd release plus the bonus track.
It's stupid

Andrees

It's called cutting production costs. Why do you think soundtracks these days are almost never complete? I'm genuinely surprised that SMT4 soundtrack is complete.

Yeah, well, that soundtrack did release a whole year after the game did.

Andrees
02-28-2014, 02:24 PM
Better a year later and be complete, than on release and be essentially a sampler like most of modern OSTs are.

juni
03-01-2014, 12:35 PM
CD making is easy in japan i guess, i dont know if this production cost cutting is common practice in japan, they always have released full ost and even arrange ver(just takes time).
(Correct me if i am wrong).

And all atlus games (specially Shoji OSTs) are released full sooner or later.

Andrees
03-01-2014, 04:57 PM
That isn't true at all that they are always full/complete. Neither Devil Summoner: Raidou games have full OST released. The OST for the first one is missing 2 tracks I believe and the second one is missing far more.
But it is however true that Japan has a far greater full-to-incomplete ratio of released soundtracks than western OSTs.

Megalith
03-01-2014, 05:56 PM
The soundtrack isn't bad but there is not a single stand-out track like the first. The production of this game was reportedly troubled, and that seems to have seeped into the scoring process.

Andrees

So you heard the story too, :). i dont know but man i loved the game and OST is really amazing,
Pans bro stage/stealth/fight, throne/castle tracks, last parts of Modern area and Some boss fights ones were epic.
On the whole game engine, leveldesign, gothic backdrops....amazing sheeit.

Big fan of the first game's score and I was ready to be disappointed. But I'm not... LOS2 is awesome as hell. Maybe a more action packed this time around and less focus on LOTR-like ethereal beauty and magic, but still I'm loving Araujo's sound. A couple of the big action cues are tremendously exciting. Looking forward to playing the game at one point on the PC. :)

Edit: Titanic Struggle absolutely blows my mind (and almost my eardrums !!!).

Quick question for anyone here regarding this soundtrack. Even though I purchased the director's cut with the additional songs, I still noticed quite a bit was missing. One song in particular was the song that played during the cutscene of the first interaction between Dracula and Agreus. So I hunted that song down lol.

On youtube,

Menu - Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 OST - YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lLP6b6mOolw&list=PLjpCQ7mEEYOh6LbadgYTxWgLO58gSEgf-)

That is a link that covers more/if not most of the tracks within the game. I think there are 70 total tracks that the person uploaded. It sounded like the user extracted the whole soundtrack from the PC demo I believe. Anyways, does anyone actually have this version? As it really has some awesome and atmospheric songs that aren't on the other version. I love the score, but I just though Oscar did a really awesome job with some of the more solemn, ambient, and atmospheric tracks, many of which didn't make it into the final cut.

I absolutely love the first LOS game's OST. However, the LOS2 score is superior to it, in my honest opinion. This is just a phenomenal score for a modern action game. The music also works better within the actual game, as it defines the atmosphere/action MUCH better.

We're all aware of the rumors of personal issues going on with some staff during LOS2's development. Well... if the end result equates to a game as awesome as LOS2 is, then I say more development teams need to have a bit of strife. :D

Thanks so much for this upload!!

Thank you very much for the Director's Cut version in FLAC, "Titanic Struggle" is my favorite and was not released in lossless, the standard original soundtrack in CD only has 19 tracks, and this is the number 21.

About that I have one question please, they mentioned if the WAVs were in 44/48 kHz or 16/24 bits?

Hello,

Does someone have the additional DC tracks in FLAC sitting somewhere (from 20 to 31)? I'd be grateful. Paid an awful amount for a physical copy of the disc only to discover these were exclusive to digital release.
Store is now gone, and I can't find the Facebook page mentionned in this thread. :(

It appears digital content really has a short life span.

Hello,

Many thanks for your quick reply. Unfortunately the tracks I would like are in MP3 in there.
Went back to the Facebook label page mentionned in this thread and found links, unfortunately the reseller only provide the regular edition without the extra tracks I crave for.
