Best news in 20 years, I don't think 2014 could've started any better.

That's great news! Talk about "coming out of left field!"

If only The X Files could come back as well!

David Lynch is the god of film making. I am rewatching almost all his films currently.

Has anyone here picked up the Twin Peaks: The Entire Mystery series on Blu-ray? It was released this past Tuesday.

It could happen. Chris Carter, the creator of the X-Files, is talking with Fox about bringing the series back. It does make sense. X-Files help put Fox on the map, got that network a lot of attention and awards and Fox loses Glee in 2014/15. It needs programming and with the success of Sleepy Hollow a new X-Files could fit that bill.

Don't think this is really going to happen, considering how long it took to bring TP to BluRay in an adequate form with all the lawsuit bull... and being old enough to have watched season one on original airing: it just would not fit into our time. True Detective caught up with that nineties-feel quite good, but I don't believe somebody will put as much money into a piece of Lynch regarding his latest productions. And I REALLY would have gone for more than 2 hours of Mulholland Drive, I bet cancelling the series was one of the biggest mistakes in TV history of the '00 decade.

Ah yes! Lynch and Twin Peaks. I'm glad he and Mark Frost are still behind it and not somebody else.
