You do know that youtube caps the audio off at 128kbps, nevertheless thanks, just a heads up as increasing the bit rate increase gonna make it sound better

Increasing the bitrate from 128kbps to 320kbps does not make the sound quality better. As a rule of thumb you can only get the level of quality of an mp3 as high as the source file is. If the OP got the files from youtube (that caps audio at 128kbps) then that is the best those files can be. (i.e., you cannot add quality to something greater than its original source). If he had it in FLAC or wav (at 1411 kbps separately in their own compressing ratios and encoding properties --> 1411kbps flac is not the same as 1411kbps in wav but are very similar) then you could encode them at 320kbps, 256kbps, or whatever you wanted. iTunes and other media players have this feature to increase the kbps and to re-encode mp3s but all this does is make a new file with a larger filesize. In actuality it will still be 128kbps and nothing greater.
