I just ordered it today now that I'm back from the states. Should have it in two or three days.

BTW, I don't suppose anyone got their hands on and ripped Mega Rock Carnival Encore, did they? I picked it up a while back but never got around to ripping it. Although it's contents seem to be largely the same as what they put on EXTEND.
