POST UPDATE - NOV 2017: I have revisited this album as I felt it needed doing. My original pressing was the Silva Screen version which sounds great but was defective on Side A. This updated version is from the Hot Topic Exclusive which is now sold out. It's also marginally better in sound quality than the Silva Screen edition, but even if you have my original rip it's still worth grabbing this one as I have completely changed my equipment since then.

Weird thing is, my copy of Inception has a near identical problem, except that the LP is ruler flat. However, there seems to be a tiny air bubble visible in the clear vinyl (between tracks 1 & 2) which causes the clicking.

bit they used the same pressing company! I don't know how many are left? but I'm sure no more the one or two are left here in the USA! if that.

I've successfully downloaded and extracted all content.

Maybe you're Network Adapter settings need to be tweaked to ensure all packets are delivered and tested (the Tx/Rx Checksum settings in your network card > Advanced settings, etc).

The version of WinRAR I used to encode is 4.1.1.0. I know some people who've had issues with the latest version so I've avoided it for now

Others should be updating their software to recent versions. Or if they're on different OS than Windows, should look for an archiver that's still in development and had an update recently to comply with WinRAR.

Maybe I should create a thread about archive software VS. Operating Systems and the like. (someday)

BTW (sorry if I missed this elsewhere) ... but the geek in me is wondering about the gear used (turntable+cart., phono stage, sound card, rip software, etc.)

A friend of mine was kind enough to do the rip...Turntable is a Marantz TT-1000, Clearaudio Goldfinger Diamond V2 Cartridge, Apogee Symphony ADC. Not sure about the rest of the kit, but i split the raw AIFF files into individual FLAC tracks using Audacity.

I have tried to contact the warner bros, remote control prod. (hans zimmer's office) to ask them if they would re-release the vinyl's again(batman AND inception), because they are too expensive for me right now, but I haven't found a single e-mail adress, and it's expensive to call them as I live abroad. I have only one score from the trilogy, so it's mad frustrating that the only options are the $200-$300 ones.. but kudos for having them, though.

Oh thanks for the Feedback, I'm stil working to clean this rip. There are many clicks and crackles in it. This is a lot or work but its worth to do this. The rip has great dynamics, is well balanced, an has a great channel separation.

Thanks for the kind words. So far as the clicks are concerned, I feel it lends a certain charm to the listening experience, but to filter it out is entirely your prerogative. Happy listening.

I have so many vinyls, without clicks. So I think, a good work will not destroy the listening experience and the harmonics of the record. This is not a simple filtering, this is handwork with many spot repairs.
