One of my favorite games on the Genesis, in no small part due to the fantastic soundtrack. It was just so... dark and melancholic in a surreal way, and the soundtrack complimented it's gloomy, otherworldly atmosphere perfectly. But I'll be damned if the title theme and some of the earlier tracks don't make me want to hop aboard a rickety old ship, breathe in the salty breeze and sail full speed ahead towards ADVENTURE. :)

Unfortunately,all of the PODW rips I've seen so far were either in shit quality or incomplete. Usually both.

This should be the definitive collection. I put it together from a couple of rips that I found, properly IDed and tagged the tracks and did some minor looping-related touch-ups.

The only Pirates of Dark Water I knew about was the short lived cartoon series by Hanna-Barbara from the 1990's. I never knew there was a video game too, thank you for the rip. :)

There's also a thoroughly mediocre beat'em up on the SNES. The Genesis one is a platformer with RPG elements. And as an added bonus, it continues the story from where the show got cut off and brings it to its logical conclusion. You can actually find the second half of Ren's broken sword, how hype is that? :3
