Here's the last Ensemble Organum set I currently own, with Prs included. I daresay, this one's probably the finest work of theirs I happen to have.

It's fine, indeed.
The main singer (psaltis) is Greek of course: Lycourgos Angelopoulos.

I've been wondering for the longest time: what does "O pimenon ton Israhil" mean? I asked a former teacher of Ancient Greek and Latin I know, and she couldn't answer.

She couldn't answer, because this sentence "O pimenon ton Israhil" isn't right.
Anyway it means something like: shepherd of Israel.
