This was part of the bonus content of the GOG.com (http://www.gog.com/game/children_of_the_nile_complete) version of the game, the music tracks come as 160kbps .mp3 files.
In my opinion the music is even better as in Pharaoh, though it was composed by the same guy. Simply beautiful music! (ᵔᴥᵔ)
