Yet... to be honest... I'm dissapointed with this release - because I was excited about the Origin's stuff. While it was all bulshit... there are only 3-4 tracks from Origin and of course - no TR theme... And there were so many good arrangations I would like to have!

It's really obvious on some tracks (Team Flare Battle), less so for others, but in general the stereo mixing seems weird and inconsistent. If these M4Us are straight from the iTunes store, this would be an error on Nintendo's part I imagine.

Track 33: "Rivi�re" should be "Rivi�re"
Track 109: "Vall��" should be "Vall�e" and "Derniere" should be "Derni�re"

I had some issues downloading/purchasing it yesterday. At one point, I finally got it to purchase but it didn't download and gave me the same error as usual. It wasn't until I looked at my account data I believe and it showed a button to download the OST. Upon clicking it, it downloaded. Really have no clue why it was acting like that.

Oh no, I messed up on a couple accent marks so it's obviously not better than the iTunes rip which has incorrect artist data, incomplete title data, and lower sound quality. You probably downloaded the wrong rip regardless.
