Somone was talking about some crazy anime earlier that was basicaly banned from japan because it was sooooo crazy and caused some people to commit suicide.

Well, the worst anime I can think of is Steel Angel Kurumi, but I highly doubt if that's the one you're talking about. Steel Angel Kurumi is the worst anime I've ever seen. I can totally imagine somebody killing himself after watching Steel Angel Kurumi.
