Final Fantasy I, NES

VII onwards.
Want to play ther first 6 though, as everyone is of the opinion they are more challenging and involved.
I know the characters and storylines, of a fashion, but not actually sat down and played them as of yet.

I started late, circa FFX, and worked my way backwards. I'm in the middle of FFVI right now.

I started on FF VIII. The graphics were amazing.

My first was FF1, but i was too young to beat it- i was too busy having my own final fantasies outside with friends! I think i only got halfway through before i lost intrest, but recently replayed it and finished the whole thing

ff 1 nes style. chaos is one of the hardest bosses in the series!!!

VII was my first final fantasy, and has been my favorite ever since.

Final Fantasy 7, my first and my favorite. I want them to remake it with better graphics though..

I, for one, would like them to forget about remaking any game that can be quite easily played on today's technology.

My first was Final Fantasy 7, but I had the excuse of being in Europe where we were neglected for most of the series' lifespan.

Poor excuse, I know, but I stand by it.

well I think the remaking of the game would be a classic collection type thing. Like how they remake old movies ( even though they come out pretty bad but heck..). I think the enjoyment of playing the game again with better graphics would be good. The story of ff7 was great, but I would enjoy it more with better graphics

I understand what you mean, but if they re-made it, it wouldn't be the final fantasy VII that everyone knows. Then they'd have to re-make VIII, IX, and so on. In my opinion, I wouldn't like final fantasy VII better if it had better graphics, I like it the way it is. The graphics are what makes it final fantasy VII! It would be interesting to see how it turned out though.

I could agree with you on that one. It would just loose its classic charm. I still want to see it in better graphics though. Im trying to imagine all their voices..

Mine was actually X-2, but then I found out how fun the other games were and got 7, 8, 9, and ten and I can't wait for 11. Is AC out?

my first was. X, then i got X-2, 7 & 8

i was 4 and just pllayed at the gold saucer on my brother's game hehehe

but the first game i ACHUALLY beat was 8 at age 9

I started playing IX at my friend's house because i don't have a PS (or anything past SNES for that matter). I then borrowed II (didn't finish) and currently have III (trying to beat)

My first FF game was FF VII. And that was back in 1997, right after it came out. But that was my friends game. I think, I got my own one 1998. ;)

first one I owned and actually played through was VII x.x

final fantasy 7 woohoo all the way . i did not exept aeris to die . i was in year 2 so i cried . i am playing it through right noe and 6 so

since Final Fantasy 3 a.k.a Final Fantasy 6 ;o on SNES. 6 was hella fun for me that time ;[ still is. amazing game imo.

Final fantasy 6, I didn't really get how to play until I lost a battle...

Mine was FF5 then i played the remakes of the previous ones

mine was FFX. and i love it.

I started with FFVIII.then i got VII and i got the rest all i need are FFA,i don't have that one.^-^"

my first was FFX then i got FFX-2 and im still about 71% into it then i got FF7 and im like 80% done with FF7. pretty wierd!

My First Final fantasy was 3 on the game boy. I was really little and don't remember to much of it though.

My first was FFVIII (best FF ever), then played IX, went back to VII, then started X and X-2, now playing VI.

yep me too.

umm first one was VII but i only played it for an hour then couple years later introduced to the FFX and beat it.
