I'm sure others appreciate the re-upload (as do I) but it's worth pointing out that this is a) mono, and b) running far, far too slow - over a semitone flat. The 192kbps version remains the superior transfer in circulation.

Never mind... in a few days you can replace both with this: Zippyshare.com - Harper Does It Better.flac (http://www45.zippyshare.com/v/51539928/file.html) [ATTENTION - SAMPLE TRACK ONLY - the transfer is not finished yet]

(I have this LP.)

FYI, "Harper does it better" is just one track, it is not the soundtrack album...

Really? Wow, I had absolutely no idea(!)

Seriously now... the track I posted was a sample - I hoped that the statement "in a few days you can replace..." would have made that clear. Obviously in a few days I will post the whole album... When I've finished the transfer.

FYI. ;)

"... in a few days you can replace both."
Be patient...

Tangotreats, you were faster.

I look forward to hearing the entire stereo version! That FLAC sample sounds really good.

You know? I never understand why they don't release a lots of Jonny Mandel soundtracks on CDs. This one, Agatha, and absolutely beautiful score from "The Sailor Who Fell from Grace with the Sea"...

I fear the impatience & constant baying shown by some has put off our friend tangotreats

That's why I didn't send a P.M. I'm fine for waiting, I was just wondering if the transfer hit a snag...

sorry to bother you guys but it has been more than a month since tangotreats said he was going to transfer the Harper OST by Johnny Mandel into stereo and post the new for this album "in a few days", to use his own words, so what happened?
