Interesting that there are very few loops in the game rip compared to other Call of Duty titles. I will totally make a custom soundtrack of this game once I get my copy of the game when I have the money (or just watch a walk through of the game)

Yeah, doing MW3 and World At War was a fucking PITA. Loops that didn't properly loop everywhere. I think I've never spent as much time on a custom score for a game as I did on WaW (I haven't gotten even around to properly naming the tracks yet, there's so many of them ....)

Edit: Listening to some of the tracks, this doesn't sound like Tyler, Balfe or Gregson-Williams at all. It actually somewhat reminds me of Marco Beltrami, but I might be absolutley off there.

What's even stranger is that I couldn't find the Teaser/Trailer theme anywhere. Maybe they changed composers in between?

actually Trent only did the theme for black ops 2 and Jack Wall did the score.

i'm perfectly aware of that. But they marketed is as he did the whole thing. Seemingly no word on Wall ;)

hes done music for The Town with Harry Gregson-Williams, and Parker.

He is a RCP guy in the end, excellent release IMO.

I thought I felt an HGW influence, although I didn't think it was Stephen Barton. He just did TITANFALL which also sounds great by the playthrough videos :)

Barton did Titanfall? That's cool. His MW1 is still my favourite.

Some cues in this somewhat sound like Inception and it's nice to see pretty much no loops. Oh, and thanks for the rip, Goback.

Well, as soon as the PC version is out and the archive type isn't anything too fancy (best case they still use .iwd), I'll scour the hopefully named files for all music and the cutscene stuff.

Well ... this will be fun. That was a bit larger than I expected, especially since the console version is about 10 GiG smaller.

I think from this download i won only soundtrack.Maybe would be in ogg.My pc is wood...they ask 4 gb minimum of ram and dx11:/ for be played.

Well bad news, the pc version uses the same file structure as console versions. (100mb line) :) and no names.

Really? That sucks. Well, I'll download it anyway, see what I can do and if something needs to be scripted or so I'll ask around on xentax.

I think the only logical way to get file names is to call it from the Executable in RAM. but you need i think coding tools to do that.

I'm sure everyone knows by now but still, the soundtrack was composed by David Buckley.

Does anybody have a script to properly extract the flac files from the .pak's? I couldn't find anything so far, although a quickbms script should do the trick, since they're just dumped together like they are in many other games (AC3, Borderlands 2 ...).

Try wav scanner script quick bms from xentax alpha.then convert them with towav.exe.

Some more semi-good news, the bik video files once again have the audio muxed in, unlike Treyarch where it was seperately in either the ff's or sabl's.

Have to dissapoint you, the wavescan script does not work on the PC pck's. And since I know fuck-all about quickbms scripting I can't just jot together one real quick :(

From ps3 audio archive i just scanned with Nova Software Extractor.

I'm also a kid... I really have respect for this, but I can't download it, it's really nice that you rip this games, just don't listen to them... And my English is also bad.
