This one hasn't been requested yet as I just got back from LA the other day where this came from (Amoeba Records on Sunset Boulevard, to be exact). I felt like listening to it and so far it sounds great. This is probably my favorite John Carpenter score, as well as film. This vinyl is the Death Waltz Records edition, and therefore is different from the "New Expanded Edition", which I have on disc. What's missing is the dialogue unfortunately, as some of the snippets are what make Escape from NY a great OST. Also, some of the tracks sound like they end abruptly, but that's because the dialogue snippets are obsolete and they blended the tracks together rather nicely. I did not tweak this in any way, it's raw directly from the vinyl. Enjoy, all!

The cover art is pretty cool. My jaw dropped when I pulled the disc out of the sleeve, it's such an awesome colored orange

You're kidding? I'll look into it tomorrow, unless it's just a fluke. In the meantime, try downloading it again

Nope... not kidding. Re-downloaded as you suggested, but still only get the tracks listed above. The size of the zip is still 224.8 Mb, while the complete Side B is 235.5 Mb, so perhaps they are there but can't be seen (??!?).

No rush though... let me know if you are able to confirm any issues.

The reason you can't extract the files is because there is something wrong with the naming of them. As Petros says, try 7zip.
