What Attracted u all to FF?

My brother said FF games were good, and I trusted his opinion.

After all, his favorite singer was Billy Idol. Clearly, the man has fine taste..

How it looks cool in the commercials and they say its cool on the disc holder no other reasons are neccesary..

My story's as straightforward as they get. I saw an interesting looking game on a shelf, so I bought it. The rest is history.

I liked the red cover on the original FFII. It was so cool back then, so I decided to buy it. That, and the fact that it had a sword on the cover.

One of my cousin was a huge fan of FF and I don't know why it attracted me and I buyed my first FF(FF7). It was my destiny...lol.

my uncle bought for £40 when it first came out and i started a file and since then iv bin hooked on all ff games

Before i wasnt really intrested in FF then my friend told
me more about it and i was like wow... i couldnt stop talking
about it lol.

Then finnally i got a FF game .. FF7 and then i was in love
with it

My brother got me into them when I was really young, VII was my first game. I liked the way the graphics looked, and the battles especially, so I decided to try it one day... now im hooked.

Many years ago, when I was in the sixth grade a friend of mine would always bring FF4 and FF6 (although called 2 and 3 back then). For about a month I, along with another of my friends, would ridicule him for playing a stupid game where people look like babies and attack by shaking their baby rattles from 20 feet away.

After a time, my partner in insults and I started a game in FF4 with the sole intention of making fun of it the entire time. Rydia was named Toilet, and whenever Titan showed up we'd say "now that's a big fart! bwahahahaha!" In sixth grade it was funny. Once I got a few hours into the game however it grew on me and I became addicted to the series.

And that is how that tale went.

i got into it cuz some fat kid down the street won ff3(actually 6)
but he had a sega.

i got it for 10 bucks . that was mad expensive back when i was 10 so i talked him down to $9 and the rest is history.

Pretty much everything. I think I got hooked on the gameplay first of all seeing as FFVII was my first FF.

Story, gameplay, characters, replay value, especially the music are most important to me.

when i read a revieuw in a gamemagazine and saw the commercial for FFVII before it was released, i was already sold.
and it was what i expected... and even more.
