Yeah, the movie is an irredeemable turd. How Chris Roberts managed to foul up his own property so badly is anyone's guess; I suspect he probably followed absolutely terrible advice to "improve" it. They did manage to get some great players in the supporting cast, but... there was no overcoming the leads and that script. Or the dismal Kilrathi redesign. Or the miscalculated "retro"-ness, etc. The score, at least, is a lot of fun.
