After you earn Shara on your team and after you handle a certain mission, Ritz will ask Doned if he thinks she's cute enough for Marche. Well Shara comes in the pub and ask what Ritz and Doned were talking about. Ritz spilled it and Shara suggested to share it with the others. As soon as you wonder what's going on, Ritz will yell at Shara and say they were thinking of the next mission.
